About the Racer 5K
Background
The Racer 5K began in 2013, with the mission to have a fun morning running throughout our beautiful campus! It has grown yearly with tremendous community support. The funds raised go to supporting Murray State Cross Country, Track and Field programs.

Last Year Recap
The women's and men's cross country teams placed 9th and 10th respectively in the inaugural season in the Missouri Valley Conference. On the track the women finished runner-up both at the Indoor and Outdoor Conference Championships.
